We Respect the Creators
At Snow Rider 3D Unblocked, we fully comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We know that coding these games takes insane amounts of time and energy. If someone ripped your game or assets and it somehow ended up on our vault without your permission, let us know. If your claim is legit, we will nuke the file and scrub it from the site immediately.
How Our Vault Works
To keep things transparent, Snow Rider 3D Unblocked operates mainly as an indexing directory to help students bypass network blocks. Many of the games you see here are embedded via iFrames from other public domains or sponsors. We absolutely do not rip source code or intentionally host stolen, pirated games on our servers.
How to File a Takedown Notice
If you are the actual copyright owner (or their lawyer) and you need a game pulled, you have to send a formal DMCA takedown notice to our admin email. Don't just send a blank angry email; make sure you include all the legal requirements so we can process it fast:
- A physical or digital signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A clear description and original link to the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on Snow Rider 3D Unblocked where the stolen game is located right now.
- Your contact info (real name, email address, phone number).
- A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the info in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notices
If someone hits one of our indie devs with a fake or mistaken DMCA claim, that dev has the right to file a counter-notice. If it checks out legally, we may restore the game to the site unless the original complainer files an actual court order.
Where to Send the Paperwork
All DMCA takedowns, copyright complaints, and legal threats need to go straight to our designated agent at: info@snowrider-3d-unblocked.github.io. We take this seriously and usually handle valid takedowns within a couple of business days.
